アカウント・データ削除の申請
ねころ（Nekoro）／運営者：Ryosuke Yokota。アプリを使えない場合も、このページからメールでアカウントと関連データの削除を申請できます。特定の記録・画像のみの削除も受け付けます。
申請方法
- yokopi521@gmail.com 宛てに、件名「Nekoro データ削除依頼」でメールを送ってください。
- アカウント全体か、削除したい記録・画像のみかをお知らせください。連携したメールアドレス、表示名など、対象を特定できる情報を必要な範囲で記載してください。ゲスト利用の場合は、その旨とアプリを開けるかどうかをお知らせください。
- 他の方のデータを誤って削除しないよう、運営者から確認方法をご案内します。パスワード、認証コード、カード番号は送らないでください。
対応期限・削除対象
本人確認と対象の特定が完了してから30日以内に、運営者が対象データを削除し、完了をご連絡します。アカウント全体の申請では、認証アカウント、プロフィール、本人に属する猫の情報、ケア・支出記録、リマインダー、設定、アップロードした猫・プロフィール・レシート画像など、運営者が管理する関連データを対象にします。
アプリ内では「マイページ」からアカウント削除を操作できます。ただし、保存画像などがこの操作だけでは削除されない場合があります。画像も含む削除をご希望の場合や、アプリを開けない場合は、上記窓口へご連絡ください。削除は取り消せません。
共有情報・外部サービスについて
他の家族に属する記録を無断で削除することはありません。共有データの所有関係を確認し、対象となる本人の情報を削除します。他の利用者が独自に保存したコピーは運営者が削除できません。
Apple・Googleのストア取引記録や、外部サービスが独立して保有する情報は、それぞれの保持方針・法令に従い、Nekoroへの削除申請だけでは削除できない場合があります。該当する場合は対応範囲をご案内します。個人を識別できない集計情報は削除対象外です。
アカウント削除では応援プランは解約されません。iOSはAppleのサブスクリプション設定、AndroidはGoogle Playの「お支払いと定期購入」から別途解約してください。
Request account or data deletion
Nekoro is operated by Ryosuke Yokota. You can request deletion without accessing the app. Email yokopi521@gmail.com with the subject “Nekoro data deletion request”. Specify whether you want to delete your account and associated data or only particular records or images. Provide only the information needed to identify the account, such as its linked email address and display name. For guest accounts, tell us that you are a guest and whether you can still open the app. We will explain how to verify ownership. Never send passwords, verification codes or card details.
Within 30 days after ownership and the scope of your request are verified, we will manually delete the requested data and notify you. Account-wide requests cover the authentication account and associated data under our control, including your profile, cats, care and expense records, reminders, settings and uploaded cat, profile and receipt images. My Page also offers account deletion, but uploaded images may remain after that operation; contact us to include them. Deletion cannot be undone.
We do not delete records owned by other family members without authorization. We check ownership of shared data and remove the requesting user's information as applicable. Copies independently saved by others are outside our control. Store transaction records and information independently retained by external providers follow their policies and legal requirements and may not be deleted through Nekoro. We will explain any applicable limits. Non-identifying aggregate statistics are excluded.
Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel separately through Apple subscription settings or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
