プライバシーポリシー
Ryosuke Yokota（以下「運営者」）は、ねころ（Nekoro）および本サポートサイトにおいて、以下のとおり情報を取り扱います。利用する機能・アプリのバージョンによって、取り扱う情報は異なります。
収集する情報と利用目的
- ゲストを含むユーザー識別子、アカウント連携時のメールアドレス・表示名・プロフィール画像：認証、データの保存・引き継ぎに使用します。
- 入力された猫の情報・画像、ケア記録・症状・メモ、リマインダー、支出・カテゴリ、家族共有情報：記録、通知、共有など、選択した機能の提供に使用します。
- お気に入り、読了履歴、設定、利用状況：表示の調整、進捗の管理、機能改善に使用します。
- Firebase Analyticsを通じたアプリ利用イベント、画面、ユーザー・端末識別子、端末・OS情報等：利用状況の分析と改善に使用します。イベントには記録の種類・識別子、支出金額・カテゴリ等が含まれる場合があります。猫の症状・メモの本文や写真を分析イベントに含めることはありません。
- お問い合わせのメールアドレス・内容：回答と問題の調査に使用します。
保存・家族共有
情報は端末内、およびGoogle Firebaseの認証・データベース・ストレージ等で処理・保存されます。家族共有を利用する場合、共有対象の情報は参加した家族メンバーから閲覧・利用できます。すべての情報が本人にしか見えないわけではありません。
広告・購入機能
広告・応援プランを提供するバージョンでは、Google AdMobおよびRevenueCatを使用します。AdMobではIPアドレス、端末情報、広告識別子（許可された場合）、広告の表示・操作情報等が処理される場合があります。非パーソナライズ広告をリクエストし、猫の記録・症状・メモを広告ターゲティング用に送信しません。必要な地域では広告の同意画面を表示し、必要な場合はマイページから選択を変更できます。
RevenueCatにはアプリのユーザー識別子と購入・契約情報等を送り、購入の検証、広告非表示の判定、復元に使用します。決済はストアが処理し、運営者はカード番号を取得しません。
外部サービス・第三者提供
サービス提供に必要な範囲で、Google（Firebase・Analytics・AdMob・Googleログイン）、Apple（ログイン・決済）、RevenueCatに情報の処理を委託・連携します。これらの事業者により、日本国外で情報が処理される場合があります。そのほか、本人の同意や法令に基づく場合などに情報を提供することがあります。

保持・削除・選択
削除申請はメールで受け付け、本人確認・対象の特定後30日以内に対応します。対象データと申請手順はアカウント・データ削除の申請ページをご確認ください。
サービス提供・問い合わせ対応に必要な期間、または法令上必要な期間、情報を保持します。記録やアカウントはアプリ内で削除できます。削除・開示等のご相談は下記へご連絡ください。共有情報、バックアップ、分析情報、ストア・外部サービス側の契約記録は、削除操作ですべて即時に消えるとは限らず、各サービスの保持方針や法令に従います。
写真・通知等の許可は端末の設定から変更できます。アカウント削除やアプリ削除だけではストアのサブスクリプションは解約されません。
本サイトについて
本サイトには広告・アクセス解析用のスクリプトを設置していません。配信基盤のFirebase Hostingでは、ページを配信し安全に運用するため、IPアドレス等の通信情報が処理される場合があります。
変更・お問い合わせ

Privacy policy
Ryosuke Yokota operates Nekoro and this support website. Data processing varies with the features and app version you use.
Information and purposes
- User identifiers (including guest IDs), email address, display name and profile image from account linking: authentication, storage and account continuity.
- Cat details and photos, care records, symptoms, notes, reminders, expenses, categories and family-sharing information: the recording, reminder and sharing features you choose.
- Favorites, reading history, preferences and usage: personalization, progress and improvements.
- Firebase Analytics events, screen activity, user/device identifiers and device/OS information: usage analysis and improvements. Events may include record types and identifiers, expense amounts and categories, but not the contents of cat symptom notes, free-text notes or photos.
- Your contact email and message: support and investigation.
Storage and sharing
Data is stored on your device and processed by Google Firebase authentication, database and storage services. When you use family sharing, shared information is accessible to members of your family group.
Advertising and purchases
Versions with ads and the Supporter Plan use Google AdMob and RevenueCat. AdMob may process IP addresses, device information, advertising identifiers where permitted, and ad impressions/interactions. We request non-personalized ads and do not send cat records, symptoms or notes for ad targeting. Consent choices are presented where required; applicable privacy options are available in My Page.
RevenueCat receives your app user identifier and purchase/subscription information to verify purchases, determine ad-free access and restore purchases. The store processes payments; we do not receive payment card numbers.
Service providers
Google (Firebase, Analytics, AdMob and sign-in), Apple (sign-in and payments) and RevenueCat process information to provide these features. Processing may occur outside Japan. Information may also be disclosed with your consent or as required by law. See the Google, Apple and RevenueCat privacy policies.
Retention and your choices
We process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying ownership and scope. See account and data deletion for the request process, covered data and limitations.
Information is retained for service provision, support and applicable legal requirements. You can delete records and your account in the app, or contact us about access/deletion requests. Shared information, backups, analytics and provider purchase records may not be immediately erased by that action and remain subject to provider policies and applicable law. Manage photo and notification permissions in device settings. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a store subscription.
This website and updates
This website contains no advertising or analytics scripts. Firebase Hosting may process connection information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website. We update this page when practices change and provide notice of significant changes where appropriate.
