利用規約
本規約はRyosuke Yokotaが提供する「ねころ（Nekoro）」の利用条件を定めます。
サービス・アカウント
ねころは猫の知識、ケア・支出等の記録、家族共有を支援するアプリです。ゲストとして利用を開始でき、対応するアカウントと連携できます。端末変更等に備えてアカウント連携を行い、大切な情報は別途保管してください。ログイン情報や共有先の管理は適切に行ってください。
応援プラン
応援プラン対応版では、月額・年額の自動更新サブスクリプションを提供します。契約が有効な間、購入者のアプリ内広告を非表示にします。家族全員への特典共有ではありません。購入前にストアの確認画面に表示される価格・期間・条件をご確認ください。提供状況はアプリのバージョンや地域により異なります。
料金は購入時にストアのアカウントへ請求されます。期間終了の24時間以上前までに解約しない限り、自動更新されます。iPhoneの設定からサブスクリプションの管理・解約ができます。解約後も通常は支払済み期間の終了まで利用できます。返金はApple等のストアの手続き・条件に従います。アプリやアカウントの削除では解約されません。
利用上の注意
掲載情報・記録機能は獣医師による診断や治療の代わりではありません。体調の変化については獣医師へ相談してください。不正アクセス、他者の権利侵害、サービス運営の妨害、他者へのなりすましは禁止します。
変更・停止・責任
保守や障害等により、サービスを変更・中断する場合があります。情報の正確性や常時の利用可能性を保証するものではありません。ただし、適用法令によって認められない責任の免除や消費者の権利の制限を定めるものではありません。重要な変更は必要に応じてお知らせします。
iOSアプリのライセンスにはApple標準使用許諾契約も適用されます。データの取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

Terms of use
These terms apply to Nekoro, provided by Ryosuke Yokota. Nekoro helps with cat knowledge, care and expense records and family sharing. You can start as a guest and link a supported account. Link your account before changing devices and keep a separate copy of important information.
Supporter Plan
Supported versions offer monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions that remove in-app ads for the purchaser while the subscription is active. Benefits are not shared with all family members. Check the price, duration and conditions shown by the store before purchasing. Availability varies by app version and region.
Payment is charged to your store account at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel them in iPhone Settings. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation. Refund requests follow the store's procedures and conditions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.
Responsible use
The app is not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Consult a veterinarian about health concerns. Do not gain unauthorized access, infringe others' rights, disrupt the service or impersonate another person.
Changes and responsibility
The service may change or be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy of all content. Nothing here excludes liabilities or limits consumer rights where prohibited by applicable law. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
